Connect your WhatsApp quickly and securely with WhatsCloud. We highly recommend the Embedded Signup method—it offers 1-click integration with no separate developer account required.

This is the easiest and fastest method to get started. Users do not need to create a developer application or generate API tokens manually. Simply select your business and verify your phone number through the Meta popup, and WhatsCloud will auto-link your account.

🟡 Option 2 — Manual WABA Connect

If Embedded Signup is unavailable for some reason. It requires you to generate your own Meta Developer App, System User, and token, and then paste the manual configuration values into WhatsCloud.

  • Connect using 60-day or permanent tokens
  • Useful for migration or multi-account control

Quick Notes

  • Embedded Signup is the preferred method—it's fast, secure, and requires zero user setup.
  • Use Manual Connect WABA only if Embedded Signup is unavailable for your specific business account.
  • Business verification is usually NOT required for initial onboarding, but it may be necessary for permanent tokens and high-volume messaging.
  • WhatsCloud under Verified Meta Tech Provider business OWNCODES, ensuring full support for Embedded Signup.

Manual WABA Connect — Short Checklist

  1. Create your Meta Developer App & add the WhatsApp Business API product.
  2. Switch the app to Live (if required) and create a System User.
  3. Assign WABA permissions and generate a 60-day / permanent token.
  4. Copy the WABA ID and User Token.
  5. Paste all values into WhatsCloud → Connect WABA to Verify & Link.
